Ofload Appoints New Chief Product Officer for Next-Gen-Logistics-Innovation

June 1, 2024

Ofload has appointed its first Chief Product Officer just months after $31m Raise Toward Innovation

Sydney, Australia — 1 July 2024 — Ofload, Australia’s leading digital freight provider, has appointed its first Chief Product Officer (CPO), marking a significant step in the company's commitment to innovation and technological advancement. This milestone comes just months after the release of its industry-first Carbon Analytics Platform (CAP).

As Ofload looks ahead to further advancements to the CAP (following a $31 funding round), and its wider platform capabilities, Ofload product strategy expert Nicole Dixon will assume the new mantle of CPO.

“We are thrilled to have Nicole step into the role of CPO,” said Geoffroy Henry, CEO of Ofload. “Her extensive experience in product management and her innovative mindset are exactly what we need as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the digital freight industry. Nicole’s leadership will be pivotal in our mission to maximise efficiencies in the supply chain through cutting-edge technology.”

Dixon to head up next wave of innovation

Dixon’s tenure at Ofload so far has brought innovation and excellence. She has been pivotal in further enhancing Ofload’s digital freight platform with groundbreaking features to improve the platform's intuitive user experience, efficiency, and transparency.

Under Nicole’s stewardship, Ofload has successfully rolled out strategic initiatives including the Carbon Analytics Platform, to champion innovative practices in the traditionally-analogue industry. These aim to streamline logistics processes, and offer clients unparalleled efficiency and real-time visibility into their supply chain operations.

Nicole brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously held senior positions at prominent tech companies where she spearheaded transformative product strategies. Her career includes notable achievements in developing and scaling digital solutions, making her a natural fit for Ofload’s mission to revolutionise the freight sector.

Change of guard

In her new role, Nicole will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring that Ofload remains at the forefront of technological innovation in the freight sector. She will lead a talented product team, upholding the award-winning culture of continuous learning and improvement.

As Ofload welcomes Nicole to her new position, the company also bids farewell to its esteemed Chief Operating Officer, Stan Steinwolf. Since joining Ofload in 2021, Steinwolf has been a cornerstone of the company’s operations, playing a critical role in shaping its strategic direction and operational excellence. His contributions have been invaluable, and his leadership has left a lasting impact on the entire organisation.

“We are deeply grateful for Stan’s dedication and hard work over the past three years,” added Henry. “His efforts have laid a strong foundation for our future growth, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
